Mr. Bindu Kumar Gond was born and brought up in Uttar Pradesh, in a small farmer, middle-class family.
He completed his Graduation in Chemistry and later pursued a Diploma in Pharmacy, laying a strong academic foundation in pharmaceutical sciences

In 1995, he moved to Vapi to build his career in the pharmaceutical industry.
Over the years, he worked as a pharmaceutical employee and completed 28 years as a Quality Control Professional in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
His deep experience in quality control, compliance, and pharmaceutical standards plays a critical role in ensuring Param products meet high benchmarks of safety, consistency, and trust.
Mr. Rakesh Patel
Co-Founder | Manufacturing & Nutraceutical Operations
Mr. Rakesh Patel holds a degree in Biochemistry from M.S. University, Baroda.
He began his professional journey as a Production Officer in sterile formulation, gaining hands-on exposure to highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
He brings 27 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with strong expertise in production systems and operational execution.
For the last 5 years, he has been actively involved in the nutraceutical industry, focusing on nutrition-based and wellness formulations.
His experience connects pharma-grade manufacturing discipline with modern nutraceutical development, ensuring Param products are both effective and responsibly produced.
